CMYK + Opaque White Ink

The latex inks are water-based, low-odour and environmentally friendly compared to other UV based inks. The CMYK + White latex inks are much thinner too, showing more texture from the stock. The opaque white ink offers transparency options when printing on coloured or clear substrates such as glass and acrylic.

Wide Format on Heavy Substrates

This new press offers a wide-format printing capability of 2.4m wide, for all of your regular print jobs such as vinyl banners, self-adhesive vinyl and wallpapers. The flatbed functionality also allows us to print directly onto rigid substrates like corflute, acrylic, metal, glass and wood up to 50mm thick. The opaque white ink covers transparent and coloured substrates when required.

Custom Boxes & Packaging

Printing directly onto thick stocks and fluted-boards is now a breeze, creating full colour packaging with custom boxes and cartons. The flatbed printer allows us to print onto pre-cut and pre-manufactured pieces, or we can custom cut to any shape with our digital cutting service.
